Your Commitment

As investors, your commitment is to ensure that you have adequate funds available to pay reservation fees, legal fees and deposits in a prompt and timely fashion.

To provide adequate proof of identification and residence.
To exchange and complete within the agreed timescales.
To inform us of any material facts which may affect your ability to purchase property, or obtain finance to purchase property.

The Potential Risks

The price of property can go down as well as up.
Mortgage products and Lenders' criteria are subject to change.
The demand for rental property can fluctuate.

The Potential Rewards

Property has always increased in value over the medium to long term. Since 1983, the Halifax House Price Index has risen from 100, to 630.8 in November 2007. The average house price from 1983 was £30,000, has now risen to £194,895 in 2007. The average number of people living per household has fallen from 3.01 in 1961 to 2.32 in 2006. By 2026, it is estimated that the average will be just over 2. Coupled with the fact that the UK is grossly under-developing new stock, and that it is an island nation, demand will, on current projections, always outstrip supply.
